...bEcAuSe tHeY sAiD sO...

Growing up, children didn't have much voice. However, the bible says that out of the babes mouth comes the truth. Now i don't know what you believe,but I'd consider this. Children are the next generation, the future, the people of tomorrow, and I believe that if you don't give them a say you're suppressing their thoughts, discouraging their beliefs, and keeping them quiet. I believe that language is formed by experience and the way you're nurtured and raised. What good does speaking when only spoken to do for us? Absolutely none.
Another effect on language is obedience. As much as children have rebelled the language grew harsh or had emphasis. Some may argue that obedience makes language meek and soft, submissive and weak. Regardless of how it affects language, it does.
